Calido 3/4" Garden BIB TAP Water Lever Type Valve Green Handle Plus Hose Plug Connector Frost Resistance

Fitted to my 'Wade' 210L butt. The thread is the right size and with a few turns of ptfe tape it screws in tight and leak-free. Replaced hose attachment with hoselock style adapter and I can now easily connect to hosepipes, power washer (with a filter) or irrigation system. Much more robust than the plastic originals and replacements - and if necessary removing the lap lever to prevent the tap being turned on or off (by accident or mischevious intent) is a bonus. Buying another one for my second butt.Update: second tap arrived, just need to wait until the butt is empty to fit it!

Tap is fine but the hose connector is flimsy thin metal bendable with fingers so no use. Havinwto order brass adapter which costs nearly same as tap

I gave 4 stars because I would like the 3/4 threaded pipe longer, I would happily pay extra for this, if you use this tap on a waterbutt a longer thread is needed, that being said the tap is very good quality easy to use and a good flow .
