How many ounces does this water bottle hold? I see it says 12oz in the description, but that seems small so I want to make sure before I purchase.

I pour gatorade 20 fl oz into bottle 20 oz but not fit it. It still left like 1/4.

Will this 32oz fit in a bicycle bottle holder?

It easily fits on my holder on the handlebars. It keeps fluids cold a LONG time. If you put ice in there, it'll last 6 hours easy.

Where can I find a seal ring for the mouth piece the little one. It fall from mine and can’t find replacement for it

How does it screw on? Is it from the inside of the mouthpiece?

The top of the bottle is threaded and the black cap screws over it. This opens the bottle for large items; ( ice, fruit etc.). The small cap on top screws over a threaded plastic nipple so you're putting plastic in your mouth. The small cap is attached to the larget cap so it won't get lost.
