Can a 3 year old use this walker?

My grandson is 2 years old, blind and has a hard time walking and this walker has allowed him to start walking and also feels very safe in it.

Can it fit inside a suitcase folded?

Needs to be disassembled, the minimum size after disassembly is 27.5*19.7*9.5in

Does it come assembled

No it does not. But it has easy to use instructions. I was able to assemble it in short period of time.

What is the lowest position it can be adjusted to?

The minimum can be adjusted to 27.5in (70cm), suitable for children with a height of 31.5in (80cm)
