I think a 14 would be fine. I bought my daughter a 10 and she is 10-12 and it was ample if not a little big :)

Random sizes !!

Delivery was quickArrived with no tassel !I ordered large and it was really big the size that arrived was 54.I re ordered hoping to get a tassel but again no tassel!!Second time I ordered a Medium but the size I received was 57 which was even bigger than the first.So have returned all and ordered elsewhere.Quality of fabric was good. Shame about sizes and tassel.
