Great head unit
I got this for my '98 Mazda B2500 (Ford Ranger) to bring the sound system into the 20th century, and it does a fantastic job.Install:I actually received a slight upgrade in the form of the wrong head unit arriving, but it still worked, and had all the features I wanted and then some. The install was simple, and the only sticking point was both of the left rear speaker wires were marked + on the casing. I figured it out based on the pattern of the other wires and everything is good now.Use:Pros:Pairing this head unit to my phone was simple, and effective.Setting all the display settings was a smooth process, though due to the age of my truck the "dimmer" setting is tied to if the headlights are on, which took some figuring out, but that's not Pioneer's fault at all.The display is bright in the day and dim at night (per my settings) and is easy to read unless there's a glare coming from somewhere in the truck, but that's due to the shiny face as opposed to a brightness issue. As there's no good FM in my area, I almost exclusively stream spotify so I really appreciate the native control ability, and song display options.I also appreciate the ability to remove unused sources from the list that I know I won't use (Pandora, Sirius, etc.)Cons:Alexa integration - WHY!? This is worthless, and is actually pretty infuriating that I can't use the native voice controls on this 2020 model head unit. I would rather have no integration and the button removed. There is no included storage/transportation case for the faceplate which feels like an odd decision as it requires you to purchase another thing if you want to remove the faceplate and store it safely.I wish that I could have a display option to show song name in the large section, then artist in bottom left and clock in the bottom right. Currently the only option to show the artist name in the bottom left has a fake EQ in the bottom right section, while the time in the bottom right is tied to the date in the bottom left.I haven't used the USB port to charge my phone, but seeing as it's a 1.5 amp plug it's not going to be fast charging, should be fine for listening to music/audio books from though. The companion app is kinda useless, but this isn't a big deal as the head unit has enough native controls that I don't need to use the app at all.The volume/select button is large which is both nice as it's easy to use, but also crowds the buttons around it a bit. There's not much to do about this as the display is quite large and something had to give. All in all I would 100% recommend this head unit, but it would be nice if some of the things that can be fixed in my cons list were fixed.

Great Company with Quality Products
Excellent stereo for an inexpensive price. I purchased this for my 2000 firebird. It has everything I wanted.. CD, Bluetooth, Alexa speak mic, aux hook up. My mistake was not knowing this stereo does not have the steering wheel control adaption. I had to send it back... because I want to keep my classic auto in prime condition. This company was very understanding. Their customer service was quick to reply and more than happy to help. I received responses within hours.I have other vehicles. I would not hesitate to order my stereo from them again in the future.

No SD Card Reader - Misinformation In The Device Description
Installed this deck in a 1998 Ford Ranger, replacing the stock deck. Used a Scosche mounting solution to install the single-dinn device in a double-dinn console space. Also used a Metra wiring harness so I didn't have to cut off the factory harness. Installed in approximately 1 hour.** THE AMAZON DESCRIPTION OF THIS DEVICE INDICATES THAT IT HAS AN SD CARD READER. THIS IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE. AFTER SCOURING THE HEAD UNIT AND FACEPLATE FOR POSSIBLE SD CARD SLOTS AND NOT FINDING ANY, I WENT DIRECTLY TO THE JVC WEBSITE AND NONE OF THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE KD-TD70BT INDICATES THAT THERE IS AN SD CARD INPUT. IF THIS IS AN IMPORTANT FEATURE TO YOU, MOVE ON. **That being said, the receiver works fine. The Bluetooth pairing procedure is simple and effective. When changing to Pandora BT source, it automatically launches Pandora on my phone, playing the last used station. The EQ is also simple and easy to use, giving several presets, and also providing some advanced adjustments for those who don't want to use the EQ presets. The included microphone for hands-free calling had a long enough cable for me to route it under the dash, to the A-pillar, and under the headboard where I could place it just above the rear-view mirror. This was nice, since I don't care for the microphone to be clipped to the A-pillar where it can be hit by the visor. The finished product looks nice.

Comes with everything needed except a wiring harness.
the radion looks and works amazing with a really robust amount of customization for a stereo at this price point. the install was a breeze and it has a nice sleekface plate that compliment the interior of my jeep.

Very small clock and can’t see the display when suns out.
The media could not be loaded. I would not buy again. Stick with Sony or pioneer.

Great headunit
Great full size unit. Installed in a 06 golf along with a full system. A little slow to connect to phone at startup (some are damn near instant) but works great, and most importantly sounds great.

Good stereo for the money.
Installed easy and sounds decent for the money. Bluetooth connected fine and works well. Easy to use. Good replacement stereo for my older Tahoe.
