I love this!!! I've been using it for several years. Even though I have celiac, disease, I've found that it does protect against trace amounts of gluten -- I can eat fries again after taking about 3. It even shortens a gluten reaction that comes on when I accidentally consume gluten. But I wouldn't ever use it to deliberately eat any substantial gluten food.

I have never written a review before! This is how excited I am about this product. Tried it for the first time yesterday for 4th of July. I followed the guidelines it suggest for how many pills you should take. Eat everything! Purposely ate gluten and made sure I had taken pills no longer then 30 mins before I ate. I had zero gluten issues! I get really bloated, face swells up, stomach gets hard, extreme fatigue, headache and weird poops. I got nothing! I did feel for a moment a little nauseous but it went away. I’m sure it’s because I took 12 pills at once. I don’t plan on doing this on a regular basis but it felt great to not be the person paranoid about the food, I was able to enjoy myself. Highly recommend!

Truly a lifechanger for someone with Celiac. It won't let you eat a loaf of bread or anything, but it will prevent cross-contamination and digest a small amount of gluten without any side-effects. Considering how the vast majority of food these days is cross-contaminated, I went from feeling awful all the time to rarely feeling sick most days. Short of a cure for Celiac, this is the best you're gonna get.

I feel compelled to warn other celiac people, after both of our kids (teen and young adult), got violently sick after trying this enzyme. We were so hopeful to have a product that would help them not get as sick from gluten cross contamination, but what has happened is the exact opposite! I have never seen our daughter as sick from ANYTHING, viruses included in all of her lifetime. She vomited so violently after taking gliadinX, that her throat bled from wrenching so hard. By the end of the 8+ hours she spent crying and vomiting from both ends, she was so dehydrated that she needed iv fluids. Not even Zofran or promethazine (prescription only nausea meds) would help. Our son has now developed the same reaction to gliadin x, and I felt it was necessary to write this to let others know that this enzyme may help some, but not all celiac people. I had done plenty of research about this product before I bought it and of course knew that it’s possible to have some discomfort and nausea, but what our kids experienced was unreal! I have a medical background, and thankfully knew what to do, but for those that don’t, this runs the risk of a huge emergency room bill. In saying this, I don’t want to discourage anyone from trying it because I know it has helped many celiac patients avoid such a bad reaction, however just know the possibility of a very bad experience.

We use this product for my son when we travel. It provides extra assurance and peace of mind to guard against cross-contamination when eating in unfamiliar establishments. We have not tried it with gluten-containing foods; we don't believe that taking 10 or 20 pills can offset eating a regular slice of bread, however, other users may find that it works. We use one pill per meal (always ordering off GF menus in restaurants we find on the Find Me Gluten Free app), and also use it when ordering takeout closer to home. Have not had any issues while taking it. One thing I have to vent: this product should be eligible for Prime. Anyone who has to follow a GF diet knows how expensive it is. Is free shipping that much to ask when you consider the amount of profit these companies are raking in?

I'm severely symptomatic as a Celiac. After being glutened, it is six days of a nightmare followed by multiple weeks of misery. Eating out is Russian Roulette, literally. If you are a Celiac, you get it. Until this product! It is an absolute game changer. I still make wise choices however Cross Contamination, which was literally the bane of my existence is no more. I have been testing this product (after reading all the scientific studies on it) for the last 6 weeks. And I just took a four day trip where I was eating out regularly. Prior to Gliadin X the chance of getting Cross Contaminated would have been close to a hundred percent simply based on the number of times eating out, no matter how careful I questioned the server and passed on my Celiac disease condition to the chef. At each meal, I took one Gliadin X and I was absolutely amazed... no guten!!! I am so excited! After six weeks of testing on myself, I have not been Gutened a single time! I'm pretty cynical so I had to give a genuine run for it's money. Gliadin X is an absolute game changer... I do not understand why this company does not have 50,000 five star reviews. If you are a Celiac you absolutely need this product! For real... IT REALLY DOES WORK!!!!!

The product works great and has prevented me from getting much more I'll than I could have after restaurant errors. However, twice in a row now I have ordered Quantity 90 and been shipped Quantity 30. And this product is not eligible for return. Buyer beware! Amazon doesn't care that these bottles are getting mislabeled in their warehouses, even after I bought it to their attention by leaving negative seller feedback!

Dosage is confusing. 12 tablets if I eat a serve of lasagna? That is a very expensive meal. I have had one cap before eating bread and each time I have had night time acid reflux. Others have said similar but have experience additional symptoms. I suggest you start low dose and gradually increase. If you get reflux, stop taking them.

I have only used for a short time. I have eaten from foods, that have not been prepared by myself and I start to get a small pain in my side, that does not go away, this is my signal of gluten and perhaps worse to come. I have taken a capsule of GlindinX sometimes two, depending on how intense, and amazingly the pain disappears. I would recommend others with Celiac Disease to give it a try. Others that prepare foods, although they try, do not know how careful we have to be.

Is excellent as an after gluten remedy Very annoyed shipping is not included

I just received this product and was charged 28$ extra for duty charges. Very expensive for this. I do not recommend for the value. I haven’t tried the product yet but there is another product call ‘ gluten cutter ‘ that is available for a much much cheaper price and I have tried that. It works very well.

At first, I did not connect what was happening with this supplement. The first time I had indigestion, shortness of breath, dizziness, and called 911. They did a complete workup on me and could find nothing. This happened three more times over the course of a few months. The last time I made the connection and traced it back to taking this supplement every single time it happened. I thought I was having a heart attack. It started with what felt like extreme heartburn, and worked up to tightness around my whole chest until I could barely breathe. would almost pass out and then it would gradually subside. I threw them out and I haven't had an episode since. BE wary!
