This is a very well made chair that should cost hundreds more. The materials used do not seem cheap and it doesn't look like the manufacturer cut corners to keep the price down. I'ts lightweight for traveling. It opens and closes with no problem. It's comfortable and the joystick is easy to use. Not only do you get a great chair but you get exceptional customer service. I have contacted the seller 3 times and they responded each time very quickly. They are even sending me an air cushion for my bony butt. I would buy again.

It's easy to put together EXCEPT the wiring. That is a real BEAR!!!! And it has to be done by someone other than the person who needs the chair. That combined with the comfort level is why I took off a star, and honestly, I think the wiring connection is most of that loss of a star. After assembly, it folds up relatively easily, as per the advertisement and directions. I especially like the ability to put the arms up out of the way to be able to pull up closer to the table - whether eating or working on the computer. Comfort is so-so. I wouldn't want to spend very many hours, back-to-back in it, but, I think that's probably part of the tradeoff for getting such a light weight, but still motorized chair. The weight is actually just about the same as my non-motorized chair, which makes it nice for my husband being able to load it in the back of the truck. I was very(!) surprised though that the front edge of the seat moves up and down as you change direction from forward to backward to forward. My other motorized chair certainly doesn't do that! It gave me quite a start the first time I did it. Overall, I do recommend this chair, especially for a heavy person looking for a lightweight chair.

Easy to put together and simple to use. Fits through narrow doors and is comfortable to use. It seems stable and isn't cheap feeling. Good power and get up and go. It's a bit heavy, but not awkward to fold up. For the money, you can't beat it.

When the foot rest is in the up position it is about 2” above the seat making the wheelchair useless. For instance pulling up to a table you can’t put the foot rest up and be properly seated at the table. Also at home I normally prefer to not use the foot rest but with this wheelchair that’s not an option. I had a different electric wheelchair that I need to replace because the battery is dying and on that one the foot rest tucks neatly under the seat when in the up position. This is very poorly designed. I now have an unusable electric wheelchair that I have to eat the cost on because they apparently have poor customer service in regards to returns.

The wheelchair functions well on different terrains and is good on inclines. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is that when folded, the wheelchair cannot be rolled. It must be carried. This posed a problem when we recently took it on a trip. There were times when the terrain or the crowd did not permit the use of the wheelchair. We wanted to fold it and just roll it along, which was not possible. The same issue at the airport. It got to be a problem.

Worth every penny I spent. Battery life is great. One click open and close is amazing. Controls are easy to use. Reoving and charging battery works really well. I use it around the house and visits to see my doctor. Easy to unload but harder to pickup and load in the car. This wheelchair is not for large people. I am 200 lbs and 6 ft tall. Seat needs a pad as sitting in it for long period is not very comfortable. Highly recommended. Arrived one day early and just took it out of the box and started using it. Money well spent and like none of the others, I ordered it because I could return it if not happy. I plan to keep it for sure.

This electric wheelchair is very wellmade and maneuverable. It required minimal assembly and even came with a toolkit and parts to expand the width of the seat between the armrests which we accomplished without a problem. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 only because I wish the footrest could fold or swing back. It gets in the way for those of us not too steady on our feet trying to sit down. Folding it up for transport is easy and it rolls while folded great. It also stands while folded up which is really nice.

Great wheelchair with exceptional price I had an issue where my mother n law broke the flashlight and Anna in customer service went above and beyond to get me a new one at no charge! Easy people to work with
