Is this good for colour treated hair? Do you need to use a chlorine protector as well?

It was amazing for my hair. My hair is a deep red colour and it kept it very well. Also spent 3 weeks in the sun in Jamaica and it kept the colour solid.

Unfortunately this dries my hair out swimming x4 a week. Anyone any alternative recommendations?

Unfortunately, I’ve only tried this product. Like you I swim 4 or so times a week using this each time, but without any problem. There must be a different option available which is milder and that would suit you better. I hope someone else might be able to suggest one.

Does this work to stop blonde hair turning green after swimming?

Since I have been using it, I have not had to put up with my hair going a khaki colour. However I now always wet my hair thoroughly before swimming so that it draws up less chlorinated water. Think this also helps!
