Installed with the jiggle valve at the 6 o clock position per FSM manual. Purchased to alleviate a P0128 code. (also changed the engine coolant temp sensor 89422-35010) Engine temperature is now controlled between 192F and 194F.

OEM Thermostat fit perfectly for 5VZ-FE, V6 engine. Does not come with gasket though. The Toyota gasket part# is: 16325-62010. You can also use a Fel-Pro gasket 35445. Just in time for my timing belt job. Worked great and my temp has been no higher that 192. Don’t forget to face the jiggle valve at 6 o clock.
