authentic and good quality
Great product. I used it for making dumplings after going to a class and learning how. I couldn't find this at my regular supermarket, so finding it online was convenient.

I have never used this type of flour. I made a Butter Mochi, and it was wonderful

Good Quality, Great Price
I used this for my kimchi and it was very pleasant to work with. Great quality stuff here for a decent price; the only thing that I could find fault with was that the edges of the box were crushed in a bit, but I'm gonna blame the shipping on that part. Otherwise, there was no leakage or spillage. I will definitely be using this from here on out.
