I sent for these as a second set of earbuds for a previously purchased Avantree Bluetooth transmitter for use with the TV. Having charged them initially they worked fine for a couple of hours the same evening before switching them off and putting them away. Next morning the battery was flat so again they were charged. They connected fine and worked well for about half an hour before the left bud faded to the point it was hardly audible. The battery was again flat the next morning so I contacted customer support. In less than twenty four hours I was answered by a very pleasant lady called "Sunshine". There were a few questions to answer in relation to the problem I was having and that was all. A replacement set was sent out to me and these work fine. I am most grateful for the excellent service I received, all sorted within a week. Thank you!!! A full five stars for this!

I have been using these headphones for 4 years. I am on my 3rd set. I tend to use them for several hours a day while cycling and travelling on public transport. I average around 8h a day. Sound quality is good, head phone comfort as well. But the best aspect is the battery life. I charge the head phones overnight and they last the whole day. The latest headphones failed after a few months. I contacted the supplier, who arranged for a replacement under the 2 year warranty. Very straight forward.

Very pleased with these headphones. Connect instantly and fantastic battery life. UPDATE DECEMBER 2024: The left earbud started to fail and eventually gave up the ghost. The headphones were 22 months old. Things do break, no problem with that, it’s how companies react when items do break. Avantree were FANTASTIC! Contacted them, replied quickly, asked me to do a couple of checks, did that and told them the headphones were definitely broken, and BANG, “no problem sir - we’ll replace those for you”. A few days later, received an RMA code, took about a minute to order the new headphones (no postage charge) and a couple of days later they arrived. I was expecting to return the defective pair, contacted them to ask how to return them and was told, “no need”. BRILLIANT, SIMPLY BRILLIANT AFTER SALES SERVICE! Bravo Avantree!!

I needed something light for long TV sessions with decent battery life and decided to go for this one. Pros: - good battery life - fairly good sound - pairs with anything without issues and keeps connection - lightweight - an extra 12 months of warranty when registering online Cons: - uncomfortable to wear for longer periods - a lot of cable noise when moving around - couldn't get it fit into my ears no matter what I tried After a few days I decided to return it and look for something else that's more comfortable to wear without the cable noise.

These really do sound like a £5 headset. Drivers are very poor and only support basic bluetooth (SBC) and the poorly supported Bluestream codec. This is an attempt to allow higher quality sound while also working as a microphone. Unfortunately in reality this doesn't really come through and until the next gen bluetooth standard LC3 comes along the best you can do is aptX-LL - something these are missing.

These headphones are quite simply the best I've used, lightweight, responsive controls and absolutely no annoying lag between sound and picture when watching videos. They are extremely comfortable, no sore ears even after a good old binge watch session. The charge lasts for ages, I've yet to run out of power even after all day use. Range is good, can wander all over the house and still hear my music. We use them for pc, tv and PS4, pairing is very quick. 5 star rating is well deserved.

Love this product and make. This was a replacement of an earlier model. It is a it finicky to get connected after recharging. Audio does not disappoint.

Légers, très facilement apairables, réglages à portée de main et prix très modique font que ces écouteurs intra-auriculaires sont parfaits. S'il sont associés à un transmetteur Oasis de la même marque vous obtiendrez un ensemble qui vous permettra d'écouter vos équipements audio (tv, hifi,smartphone ect..) dans d'excellentes conditions avec une autonomie de 20 heures. En cas de difficultés le service commercial (testé) est disponible sans surtaxation en français (parlé et écrit). Il offre une réactivité surprenante et une très bonne écoute des clients. Je suis client Avantree depuis plusieurs années et vous recommande chaudement cette société.

Léger et pas précis

I love these so much. Having been burned several times by crap devices that looked similar in design I was wary. I had tried a different design but i just really like the simplicity of the smooth flexible neckband with the dangling magnetic earbuds. I tried one more time & finally got lucky. The most significant thing about this headset odds the incredible battery life. I charged it fully when i received it. I use it daily for anywhere between 2-3 hours, mostly for music. The battery lasted 9 days! I'd say the advertised 20hrs is pretty spot on. Sound quality for calls & music is damned good for the price. It's not Bose obviously, but it's seriously decent. No issues with calls crackling or breaking up, i can hear them & they can hear me. Good bluetooth range, I'd say about 30 ft. Importantly, the rubber bits that go in the ear DON'T FALL OFF! I'd had this problem with every single other device i got. These stay put. You can change the tips without an issue & then they remain there. It's beautiful. I waited awhile to review these because i wanted to be sure. I got duped before by other sellers. I'm convinced some of them are manipulating their reviews. These guys, however, are the real thing. If you're like me and you've been buying pieces of crap with 5 star reviews and are getting frustrated trying to sort out the real from the fake, this really is a decent product & great for the price. Probably the only reason I'm leaving such a long review, hope to help others sort through the weeds. Update: I purchased the NB16 model and after about a year it finally needed to be replaced. apparently they are now selling another model on this page the NB26 which I am not fond of (which is somewhat disingenuous seeing as they are carrying over the reviews for the NB16) . This page now references both models and hopefully they will straighten it out. Previously good interactions with customer service, quite dissatisfied this go around.
