I agree with another reviewer that said this thing makes a lot of nice jingling! I also really love the length (height wise) because I didn’t want this to cover a lot of the skirt I’m going to wear and it doesn’t. If you are getting this just to go over leggings it would still look nice but maybe not as long as you might want. The ends of the ties having a row of coins is nice too. That way if you want to center the scarf so that it ties front and center it would still have a nice decorated look. Finally, I have another coin scarf off of Amazon that has less coins and the material is very thin. This material is thicker and just overall feels more sturdy and doesn’t make me worry about it falling apart.Side note: I’m not a belly dancer I’m wearing this for my pirate wedding so I can’t vouch for how it does for a full performance bellydance but I certainly will be dancing at the wedding in this thing.

I absolutely love the belt and how it’s made. however I really don’t know why it comes with such strong chemical smell. I haven’t been able to use it. I’ve tried to air it out but I’m not sure how long it will take to rid the smell. That really disappoints me. I can not dance and breathe with such heavy chemicals fuming off the belt.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Overpriced. Smells of chemicals, and I got a way nicer one for half the price. Couldn't return it because I was away and had a death in the family and the return window closed. Garbage. I don't even know if I could give it away to anyone in my class. Terrible quality and thin if you could ever get over that smell.

I'm a tall woman w/ big frame but not overweight, based on the description & measurements given I thought this would work, but it was too small. I could put it in on, but it didn't look right.

Very high quality and just as described. The amount of coins makes it have a fantastic jingle! I have owned the cheaper $5 skirts on the sheer fabric and they don't hold a candle in quality or sound to this one! Will eventually purchase some additional colors!

I got this for a bellydance class...it's very tinkly (which I wanted). It has held up well and I've gotten lots of complements on it.

Quality of material and coins are good, there is some stretch to the fabric, not a lot but some, and it is not cheap looking or feeling. Could not be happier with the item!

Bought this scarf for beginner belly dance. I like the XL size. I am a size 45" in the hip and this has plenty of room. It is well made and fun to wear.
