The bracket seems OK but I admit I'm not sure it is the right type to support a light of this weight over a long period of time without having to re-tighten the bracket due to road vibration loosening it but time will tell. The body of the light is made out of aluminium so is quite robust andt you can feel the weight of it.The bracket swivels so you can adjust the angle of the beam to suit you and I like the high, medium, low and SOS flash settings you can select.
