why does this product not carry the USDA organic symbol since you claim its organic?

This product is NOT organic. How have the beauty properties of this product been? e,g. for hair, skin ...

I use this on my face as a moisturizer. I apply it and leave it on for 10-20 mins. Wash off. And skin is good and hydrated. I like to use it especially after using harsh soaps.
