This is one of my favorite GF products EVER. It works great in any orzo dish, but what I use it for most is in soups! It’s especially great in homemade chicken soup; the pasta releases a LOT of starch when you cook it (as most GF pastas do), so adding it uncooked to a soup will allow it to do double duty as pasta and soup thickener. Taste is great, texture is great. I keep this stocked in my cabinet at all times!

Wish I didn't have to purchase this online because it is delicious! Recommend cooking a slight al dente. Makes for an excellent shrimp and orzo pasta or any dish that folks eating it would never know that it's gluten free. All the texture of pasta and orzo, without a cardboard a rubbery taste of other gluten-free products.

I grew up with orzo pasta and am delighted to find this high quality super tasting GLUTEN FREE! You won't be disappointed.

We love the quality of this GF orzo, but in the case I received today one of the packages was ripped and there was lose orzo all over the inside of the package.

Expensive but so good. Half the house is GF and the other half shuns GF foods. We all love this and it’s great to not make two separate meals.

You can barely tell this stuff is GF. It does make the soup creamier due to it being Rice pasta, but in some ways it adds a nice texture to the broth and makes it more like chunky style (which I like too) than the watery bland non-GF orzos. The price often fluctuates here and I was victim of buy now and lose later, but it was still well worth the $8 more that I paid. The one drawback which is true for any Rice pastas is that it will stick if not stirred more frequently than regular pastas. On multiple occasions I found myself letting the pan soak and scraping burnt pieces of this stuff off the bottom of the pan and it often makes a giant bed meaning that it will not go down a drain without a garbage disposal. Great taste at a great price, just make sure to stir very often.

The Orzo pasta is delicious but we had to toss one of the bags out so we only got two instead of three. One was split down the side and spilled out everywhere. Bags are small but the pasta is good!!
