I can only get 3 blue lights to show up even after charging. What do I do?

If it's a new unit, try draining the battery all the way, keep the flashlight on along with everything else until completely dead. Then try charging it via solar or power cord, newer systems require a full drain and recharge before first use, however, this is not mentioned in the instructions. If this does not do the trick, you might have defective unit.

When the one remaining battery meter light blinks, what does that mean? And, it says not to let the battery drain too low--How do I know when that is?

Read the owners/operators manual ! It’s very informative! Everything you need to know!

Is this radio waterproof?

Wow some people don't read: Small and waterproof- it is small and handy (160 x90x 80 mm), a weight of 500 g, with IPX3 protected against spray water at an angle of 60°. It does not take up much space when stored, and you can carry it anywhere in any bag or handbag

Any problems with the sensitivity of the tuner since it's not a digital tuner?
