Don't expect the usual heating pad experience. Increase time to recommended amounts and frequency. Helped inflammation from injury. More expensive than heating pad but worth the money.

I am living in the Emperor's New Clothes story. I saw many high-reviews. But I read everything and followed its instructions step-by-step. I sat with my feet firmly planted in the unit and barely felt it warm, so I took the insert out and continued for another three hours, and still nothing. If I did not know better, I would think I bought this out of a trunk while some guy was trying to draw a crowd. Bottom line? It does nothing. I did lose a few pounds, though, since the price was so high, I had to eat less for the week. Oh, and I just found out that you can not return it. I can kiss that $200.00 goodby.

I wish I would have read all the reviews about the product designed for the feet. I have another red light therapy product which I really like and this one doesn't even begin to compare. It barely heated up when I first tried it and now in December I don't feel any heat at all despite having socks on and feet inside the pouch. After getting this I read the reviews and kept it thinking the best but now that it's cold I regret it. I read it's not like a heating pad but perhaps they ought to add a little more heat for those of us who would like to keep our feet warm in the winter. My other red light therapy has both and I am Very happy with it. The warmth helps me relax and the red light therapy helps me heal. It makes sense to have both heat and red light therapy. Why this company has not thought about that is a mystery to me. If my feet could really relax I bet the healing would increase. I do not recommend this product. I want warm feet!
