Love theses as a type II diabetic
Three= 12grams of carbs. Bigger than I thought. Not bland they have a slight sweet taste, they are a little fragile so the do break easily in the bag. And spreading cream cheese or peanut butter can also break them. But it totally helps the carb cravings and since they are a good size it feels like that are getting a substantial amount
