Way more fun (and fast) than I expected
Bought this for my 2yo and it's been a hit! I was worried the controls would be too complicated for him, but they're so easy — you just squeeze the trigger to go and turn the little wheel to steer. He got the hang of it within a few minutes and loves squeezing the trigger to take off. What surprised me most is how quick and nimble it actually is. I figured a "kids" truck would barely crawl, but this thing zips around and handles turns way better than expected. We've been chasing it around the living room and backyard for days. Sturdy enough to survive being flipped, dropped, and driven into walls repeatedly (as toddlers do). Great value for the fun it's delivered.

Little Green Machine
I wasn’t expecting to have this much fun with this little RC truck. It’s fast, handles great, and has plenty of power for driving on grass, gravel, dirt, and pavement. One of my favorite things is how easily it does donuts—just turn the wheels and give it some throttle, and it’ll spin with no problem. The included batteries are another big plus. They last a surprisingly long time, and having two rechargeable packs means you can keep driving while the other one charges. The only thing I’d point out is that the advertised top speed of 40 MPH seems a bit optimistic. From my experience, it’s probably closer to 25 MPH, but honestly, it’s still plenty fast and more than enough for having a blast. Overall, this is an excellent RC truck for the price. It’s durable, easy to control, and a ton of fun to drive. Even though it’s listed as 13+ it would be good for kids from about 8 and older. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun cheaper priced off-road RC vehicle.

Fun little Car
This is the second little car I have bought like this and I have to admit it's just as fun as the other. I'll break this all down into categories, please keep in mind I am comparing this vehicle to similarly priced vehicles, this does not mean it will outperform a high-end Losi, Traxxas or Aarma, but you are not paying the prices of those trucks either. For the Price range this vehicle hits well above it's cost. Price: I Paid mid 40's for this truck and at this price it's really good. Overall bang for buck is high! We had a blast bashing these around and general fun. At the price tag of a what would typically be a throw away car from a big box store you have a great little vehicle. that likely outperforms the other. Performance: The truck is powered by a 380 brushed motor which strikes a solid balance between acceleration, top speed and decent run time. the gearing isn't too shabby and the motors seems pretty peppy on every surface i drove it on. there is plenty of torque as you will see in one of the videos the truck easily climbed a plastic slide at the park. Handling: The spring rate is nearly perfect all around; they keep the truck shiny side up on road soaking up small bumps and cracks. Off road they do well soaking up some bumps, but this is where the lack of oil Dampening shows. the bouncy nature of the vehicle caused a few roll overs. The spring even do well soaking up rough landings from small jumps. Overall I am impressed with the suspension. The tires continue this theme, they are hard enough that i don't anticipate them to wear out quickly, but also soft enough to grab well on most any surface. Keep in mind the balance between the power and grip is spot on for this one. Resilience: This thing took some solid hits, from my son crashing into me with his car (similar size, weight power and over all performance), to me jumping it off a small rubber mat, rolling it on some dirt and tree roots, bouncing it off some obstacles and other things. One item that is a blessing and a curse is softer plastic. This trucks control arms and suspension parts are all softer plastic, this makes them a little sloppy and in racing this might not be a desirable trait, slop means less control on the edge of performance. But lets be clear this truck isn't a high-end racer, and thats a good thing! This is an entry level basher and that same negative for racing is a huge positive for bashing. The softer plastics flex and allow this vehicle to brush off some accidents that would break parts on other larger vehicles. I remember back in the early days boiling some control arms to soften them so they would have more flex, allowing them to take a hit and not break. Also if you do manage to break something they send it with some extra parts and tools so you can fix it! Which is awesome, none of the cars costing 3-5 times this vehicle do that. Looks: The vehicle looks nice, the front wheels lack adjustment and as a result sit a little odd, it looks weird but doesn't affect anything, maybe some handling but no really noticeable. I bet there are some cross over parts with brushless versions of this that may fit and allow the adjustments i would like on this one. Outside this and the spring shocks I really have no complaints. Overall: It's my feeling about this truck is it's a perfect balance of cost, performance, reliability, size and go anywhere ability to earn a space on my shelf. My son and I ran a few packs through these and we are not disappointed, we had more smiles than 40~ dollars could get you at an arcade. I would not hesitate to recommend these to anyone.

Do not purchase, no product support
Brought this for my son, who worked for months, saving up enough to buy his own remote control car. When I bought it, I thought, he's seven, he might break this toy he's saved up for and be devastated, so I'll buy the product protection plan. Product stopped working after two weeks, my son came in one morning after driving it and something is wrong with the motor. I contacted Asurion- the insurance that I purchased and after back and forth, sending multiple receipts and pictures of the same information, they denied my claim because the product was still under "manufacturer warranty". So I contact the manufacturer, who then tells me, in broken English, they'll send me new parts, which they did, but absolutely no instructions or guidance on how to install them. I guess I'll have to wait till the product is out of manufacturer warranty to actually get the dumb thing fixed, so thanks for nothing. Would obviously not buy the product again or the additional warranty, which feels pretty scammy at this point.

Nice bang for the buck!
For the price, it's hard to beat this RC car. It's quite fun to operate. I use it primarily to chase rabbits and ground hogs away from plants in my yard. (Pro tip for varmint chasing: running it without the removable body makes it look like a scary black animal and it's surprisingly effective.) Unless the grass hasn't been mowed in two weeks, the car can probably make 10-12MPH in the yard. With two weeks of growth or wet grass, it will get stuck in the yard often. The wheels on this car are about 2.5" (64mm) in diameter, so for reliable function in grass taller than about 6-8", it isn't the best, and a car with larger wheels would be better. It seems to have no problems in my mulch beds. The controller took about 10 minutes to get used to. I've never owned an RC car before, and this one seemed fairly user friendly. The batteries last about 10-15 minutes with constant full throttle use, so maybe not long enough for a kid to play with, but it lasts long enough for my purposes. I've crashed it into fence posts, landscaping ties, and deck posts a few times at medium speed and it seems surprisingly durable and nothing has broken so far. It also comes with a small bag of spare drive train and suspension parts -- so far I have not needed those, so I have no idea if they actually fit. I probably have about 45 minutes of run time on it, and so far, no problems. It's a fun little car and surprisingly capable at $50-ish.

Great intro for my 6 y.o.
We have been buying R/C cars for our little boy for the past 2 years, getting models from box stores mostly, and being incredibly disappointed in the quality that $20, $30 and even $40 will get you. His Christmas gift, roughly a $40 car from Target broke after just 2 days of play... I knew that there was another level of car, but I did not want to jump to the $100 price point for a 6yo that would most like drive the sucker into the sewer! Then I found this little gem. It has the look and feel of a much most expensive car, but at an intro price point that was perfect for my young'uns. (I did get the insurance since I do expect my kids to break any toy that is not made of wood!) Pros: - battery life is pretty good - I will charge the batteries over night, or during the work day, and the boy will then have a solid 30/40 minutes of play time after school. - Ability to control the speed - we can lower the speed/throttle on the remote, which was helpful when he started to want to be more controlled in his operation, and it was nice when letting the 4yo have a turn. - spare parts - you'll need 'em - we had a handful of full force slams into trees, curbs, tires that resulted in a few of the axils to bust, and a trip down a few stairs required a quick change out of a shock. - great support - I reached out to the manufacturer and they were willing to send additional parts - which is pretty rare, but a nice surprise! Cons: - the tires have come off the wheel - but this is a minor issue in my book - I just dabbed some super glue as the issue arose and problem fixed (can't complain w/ the beating this thing has taken) - needing to replace the axils as they pop out - not a huge issue based on the way the kids play, but these are plastic and they will break. I have started to only replace 1 of the front axils (drive shaft) at a time - this allows one front wheel to not spin and the kids love doing donuts! - that I wasted so much time/money on the janky cars from Target/Walmart and didn't just bite the bullet last year. All in all - this has been a great purchase - I want to say that we got about 8 hours of use the first week having the machine, and it has provided roughly 5 hours per week for 3 weeks after. so - we've ragged this thing for almost 25 hours and it's holding up great. I imagine that we'll be using this through the summer, and hopefully can pass it down to the younger when bday comes and we step up to a faster/larger model. hope this helps somebody

Great basher for all ages
Decent baser rig for any skill set. This is a nice little rig that you can rip around the house or yard and have fun with. It's pretty stable with the wide stance and can take some abuse without breaking. The only area I found to be an issue would be grass that's more than a couple of inches tall. The rig doesn't have enough weight combined with a set of all-around tires to pull through thick grass. Every other terrain was fine. This is built like most of the hobby grade rigs but uses plastics that are a bit softer so they give instead of break. I was initially worried about the bumpers, but they have not had any issues running into walls, rocks, platers, ... The truck does come with some spare parts, but so far I have not had a need for them. Hopefully at some point there will be spare parts out there for these trucks, but I guess you could just get a new one and start your own RC pick-n-pull lot.

Buen producto

Updated decent rc after further tests
Updated review I initially assumed I got a faulty battery but only to find the charger works when connected direct to an PC usb port instead of a phone charger. The car makes a whining noise when accelerating this could a normal occurrence with brushed motors. The body clips easily come off if car is drivin hitting objects wall etc, However, I will consider to keep despite some flaws it’s an ok car, Overall, it runs well.
