What printers are compatible with this maintenance box?

Compatible with ET-4955/2985/4950/3950/4958/3930/3958/3943/2980/2988/3710/3700/3843/3850/4850/3830/15000/4760/3760/4700/5180/5170/5150/M3170/M1170/M2170/WF-2960/WF-2860/ST-C4100/M1000/M3000/4000/3000/XP-5200/XP-5100

Does this maintenance box work with ET-2760 and ET-2850 printers?

Yes, it is compatible. These models use a non-chip original maintenance box, so automatic reset is not available. If needed, reset can be done via EP waste ink reset software (not included).

Does this maintenance box include a chip?

Yes. Each maintenance box comes with a pre-installed smart chip designed for quick printer recognition and reliable performance on compatible models.

My printer still shows a maintenance box error after installation. What should I do?

Ensure protective packaging is fully removed, box is fully inserted and locked, and printer is restarted. If error persists, remove and reinstall to ensure proper chip contact.

Why is my printer not recognizing the maintenance box?

Recognition issues are usually due to improper installation or poor chip contact. Reinstall the maintenance box, restart the printer, and ensure the chip is clean and undamaged.
