Se recomienda utilizar una vez por semana al principio, hasta asegurarte que tu piel lo tolera bien. Yo lo utilizo por las noches alternándolo con el retinol y la verdad es que se notan los resultados. Además, la concentración al 7% es muy adecuada, no hace falta más para ver resultados. Lo recomiendo.
