They look great. There are 54 light bulbs so I recommend getting low lumen lights and putting it on a dimmer or it will look like stadium lighting. **Q: Hello, can you please tell me if the finish is more brown or more black? Thanks in advance!** A: Black **Q: How much additional chain and wire is needed for thise of you who have purchased extra? I'm hoping to gi buy some at our local hardware store.** A: I think it will be different for each installation, we did not need any since we used electric lifts that we just lowered to connect and then raised to height we desired **Q: How is the bottom row of lights powered?** A: they are all wired together, it is a very simple installation the two hoops are all one piece and the rest of it are simple pieces of steel that connect together. The biggest problem is getting it mounted to the ceiling but we used two in a large barn and installed two inexpensive electric lifts from Northern Tool so that all we had to do was lower the connection to the ground and hook it up to the lift connection ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Love it! *by J***G on Reviewed in the United States on April 18, 2023* This was a great price for this fixture, but bear in mind you will need to spend over 100 on bulbs and probably a solid grand to get someone to install it If you are putting it in a high-ceiling room. Ours is about 18.5 feet for reference.I thought the amount of chain was fine, although I saw others reviews talking about how they had to buy extra. It is apparently not easy to put up - the guys said it was the most difficult job they had done in a chandelier. That being said, I love this light and think it was worth it. I love the look, even though my husband says it looks like it belongs in a medieval tavern. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Really beautiful *by G***I on Reviewed in the United States on April 4, 2023* Okay, I was really skeptical about this purchase, and was fully prepared to send this back and ask for a return. As someone else mentioned, this is a RH chandelier dupe. It really is beautiful. That being said, it’s cheap, and a piece broke off while attempting to install. Fortunately, you can’t tell from far away. It looks beautiful in my home, and all the light bulbs work. It was a pain to assemble, so make sure you have a licensed and experienced electrician. But, he made it happen. I would say all the difficulties are worth the price. I’d purchase again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful but takes some work *by R***C on Reviewed in the United States on January 15, 2020* We bought three of these for our church meeting room. They took 4 weeks to receive, but looked in good condition. One did need some rewiring since it didn't work. If you have it on a single switch (not dimmable) there is a slight flicker, but when on a dimmer switch flickered terribly. In the process of trying to find a compatible dimmable switch with the bulbs. This is important info that I was unaware when purchasing these, but in order for there to be minimal flickering you need to have a switch that is compatible with the LED bulb. They do look beautiful and have received tons of compliments! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/78012818-gallery-wrought-iron-vintage-barn-metal-castile-chandelier-chandeliers-industrial](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/78012818-gallery-wrought-iron-vintage-barn-metal-castile-chandelier-chandeliers-industrial) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
