Reviewing after few hrs received product is in good condition packaging was damaged little heavy seems good build qualityFor proper review more usage will reveal its quality all over very good

Received incorrect product
Received Easy Care product instead of viva heathcare. Also the commode is not getting fit properly. The alignment of commode rode is not proper and the screw drop once we sit on it.

Product I booked not delivered to me as shown in website & app. The commode & pot not attached with the main product and sitting seat broken when box is opened

Foot rest externally placed. Defective
Observed that foot rests are placed externally and we are not able to use it. It makes user almost impossible to place his foot on the foot rest. Can it be repaired or replaced?

Damaged wheel chair commode
They gave a damaged product and for the reason I bought the product set that he pass motion and that container came broken and damaged.I can't use it for the very reason I bought it for. Very bad as it is a medical thing not a fancy product
