This is a really nice light weight hat for summer weather. It runs big in size at least an extra half to an extra inch over size. It runs a little big on me, it should shrink after I wash and dry it.Update.I got sick of this hot being oversized and boiled it in a pot of hot water on my stove. I removed the hat from boiling water and allowed it to drip dry. It fits my head absolutely perfect, and the shape of the hat is just what I wanted.I highly recommend buying these nice hats.The stitches are nice, material is a light weight cotton, and it is not rough. Not an adjustable hat. I will update this review if anything changes. I recommend buying one these are a nice hat.

I first ordered a green size 7-1/8 but it was a bit snug - Amazon kindly allowed me to return the Cap. I then ordered a 7-3/8 which was a bit loose but comfy. I washed and dried the hat to shrink it a bit (the color didn’t run) and now it fits just right. The hat is very reasonably priced, is nicely made, the brim is large enough to shade the eyes, the cotton material is perfect for the summer and I think I’ll find it to be perfect for year round use. I’m pleased with this cap and with Amazons quick delivery and return policy. CEW.

I wear a 7 1/4 and the hat fits fine. However if my head was any bigger it would definitely be too tight. It is sewn to the bill no snap. I think it looks ok.

Well made -- really roomy, though. I'm not well versed on hats and sizing, but either I messed up on my hat size or the hat runs large. The hat is great, though and wouldn't hesitate to buy another one down the road.

Great retro look and sized to fit. Nice breathable cotton material that isn't too heavy for summer wear. I got the light tan one and get a lot of use out of it. Last week someone asked if I found it in the back of my closet from the 70's...

The hat is okay but I dislike how it was shipped. It was pressed flat in a bag. It should have been boxed to retain its form. I won't buy from them again.

I purchased two of these caps for my grandsons 9 and 12 years. My 9 year old - is REALLY into hats - a recent development. He saw an older man wearing one of these and told me he'd really truly like one. It looks really cute. The older said - oh me too! The small was a tiny bit large, but worked. The younger has worn his to school many times. Hmm. Hats. They may be coming back! Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. I did not expect to receive such a beautiful purchase. The fitting,cutting,size and the material too is amazingly perfect. A legendry cap purchased in Amazon India.

It is not 100% cotton.

I really like this hat. It fits my head perfectly, a feat I’ve had difficulty with in the past. My ears sit high on my head, so finding a hat to fit on the limited space above them has always been an issue. There’s even enough space to wear it at a rakish tilt. My wife says I look dashing in my new hat, and while she’s biased, I’ll take compliments wherever I can get them. I haven’t worn it in the rain yet, so I don’t know how it is affected by that, but it’s extremely comfortable and maintains its shape and doesn’t stretch while walking in the sun on a hot, humid summer day. I tried to buy another in a different colour, I was so pleased with it, but they were all sold out. Hopefully, they’ll be available again,soon.
