Read my review re: amazon prime video app.
this TV at 55 inch screen is pretty good. i am crippled and i got it out of shipping box etc by myself & got it up off the floor and up on our TV table by myself. assembled the 2 legs etc by myself. only 2 items i was surprised /disappointed with which I solved for about thirty bucks were the lack of AMAZON prime video preloaded on TV and the Samsung remote control. I ordered an additional universal remote that is made for Samsung TVS only and an Amazon Firestick to access prime videos.

Disappointing Samsung TV
This TV is terrible, they do not specify that you can only use the apps that’s already installed on the TV. It is a Samsung Business TV that doesn’t even have the option to download apps

This tv had a broken screen when it arrived! I returned it.
