Hear Doggy Quaker Pet Products Flattie With Chew Guard-Elephant

This is Trouble07's second Hear Doggy Flattie. He still has the first one ... the orange cat. These are his favorite indoor toys (practice cricket balls outside). In the past, it has taken him all of five minutes to destroy any soft toy. Sneaky Squeeky (the orange cat) has been around for over a year, and Ellie the Elephant arrived in May this year. I read some of the reviews where the dog had this toy in pieces in minutes, but Trouble07 has a history of that kind of toy treatment (the name says it all), and he's pretty rough on the two Hear Doggy flatties, but he hasn't managed to rip them to bits. I will confess to sewing up a few sections of seams, but that's it. All in all, everyone in this house loves these toys ... quiet and pretty near indestructible.

This is our puppy’s favourite toy. We can’t hear the squeaker but we’re convinced she can. In just two weeks she pulled off the green felt parts but the body of the crocodile is very much intact and so adorable!

My dog did this in less than 10 minutes. The silent squeaker is made with hard plastic and with no padding means it is something to focus on until it is pulled out. As you can see the squeaker then breaks into small parts and is a hazard. “Chew guard technology” means nothing. Do not buy this dangerous product.

I am not sure if this squeaks at all, i can hear the air but not the noise because i don’t have superhuman hearing. That said my dog likes to thrash the toy about and so far its held up (most godog toys do!) He seems to look when it squeaks so maybe it does, but its a fun tug/toss toy for i’d say low-medium chewers! My small 5kg dog can carry it comfortably.

I don’t know if this is truly “ultrasonic” but I’ve a Norfolk terrier, who like most terriers, is obsessed with squeaky toys. I’m sure my neighbours don’t appreciate that. He equally enjoys this toy which doesn’t “squeak”, and that’s super helpful for me, especially when working or in online meetings!

TL;DR: If your dog is a gentle chewer, this might work. If you’ve got a determined destroyer (like our Staffie-Frenchie mix), expect cleanup after about 30 seconds. The “chew guard” is essentially one thin mesh between soft filler — sounds impressive in design, but if the stitching isn’t reinforced, it’s just more fluff to sweep up. Full review: Design-wise, it’s thoughtful: a soft toy with a protected squeaker pocket, which suggests durability. It feels sturdy enough in hand. Squeaker is silent to us, so we trust our dog hears it — judging by the enthusiasm, it probably works. But real test = real dog. For high-energy chewers, the toy lasted less than a minute. Once the stitching goes, the inner mesh does little to hold back the chaos. Ticked all the boxes — squeak, softness, durability — but that’s where the optimism ends.

Actualización con 3 meses de uso: El juguete sigue gustando a mi perro, y no se ha deterioriado más allá de lo descrito abajo. Es decir, una vez que se quiten las crestas y dientes que son una provocación para cualquier perro, es un juguete bien hecho. Si lo comprara de nuevo, quitaría las crestas y dientes con un cutter, y listo - subiendo la reseña a 4 estrellas Bien por las costuras. Mi perro - labrador de 9 meses - juega con ello desde el primer momento, y parece que le va lo de la ultrasonido. Mal por las 3 o 4 etiquetas gruesas cosidas que había que cortar con mucho cuidado. Pudiesen haber sido de esos que se arrancan a mano. Lo peor han sido los "dientes" y las crestas de tela. Mi perro no es muy destructivo, pero se fijó en ellos y al poco tiempo había quitado - y tragado - todos los "dientes" y casi toda la cresta. Esas piezas sobran, no deben ni estar en el jueguete. Ahora bien, tal y como lo ha dejado, es posible que dure mucho tiempo - editado a las 3 semanas - el juguete sigue como estaba hace 15 días, no hay más desperfectos

Cadeau pour notre bouledogue qui est capable de dépouiller une peluche en quelques minutes. Il l'a depuis une semaine et n'a réussi à arracher que les petites cornes et les oreilles, le reste de la tête à bien résisté et ne s'est pas ouvert ! Mon chien apprécie le jouet et moi j'apprécie sa résistance. Je ne suis pas sûre qu'il aime le "pouët" (insonore pour les humains) car quand on appuie dessus il fait une drôle de tête. Bon rapport qualité/prix vraiment.

I'm going to be honest here, I love my dog dearly, but he is a toy-massacring, neumatic squeaker-pushing menace. As I write this, he is pushing this toy into my face, which blessedly, I cannot hear the 60 SPM (squeaks per minute) he so horridly enjoys. Unlike the other toys he has recieved for Christmas, this one is not yet riddled with holes, so that's pretty cool. Usually it takes between five minutes and a week for a toy to be replaceable with him, and although I see a bite through the piping, he has yet to tear through the blessed green flesh of this gator. This is my favourite Christmas present to myself. Sweet fluff and squeak relief.

Maggie is a squeaky toy fiend and will love it to death or until she moves the squeaker. It has been several months now and the toy is holding up well. Between tug of wars between 2 dogs which usually destroys toys in days, this toy is pretty hardy. And it doesn't annoy the humans. Win-win!

We have had it for a couple weeks and it is holding up fine. We have a blue healer. He absolutely loves carrying it around. We can't hear anything, but we notice he frequently bites its head in the same spot...I assume to make the squeal sound. Then he picks it up and proudly carries it around the house.
