Great quality product

I got this product and after turning it on it sparked and made lots of noise. Refund date passed so I called the customer care. They sent the service engineer to check and the motor was bad. I only used it twice with difficulty only to find the new products motor was bad.

We bought this brand coupel of times. Last grider bought few years ago and worked perfectly. We bought new one and we had issue for operation. The limit siwtch provided as a safety feature was not operating correctly. Even if the jar is lacthed still grinder was not turning on. I figured out that the limit switch design is the culprit. There is huge design quality and operation issue for the switch. I was loyal customer but now they lost me.
