Todo excelente, llego en buen estado, ya se probรณ y en lo particular me genera menos molestias el realizar ciertos ejercicios para el tricep. Se percibe y siente ser de materiales resistentes.

Just awesome! Best tricep rope on Amazon. You can do a lot with this and not just for triceps. Great for face pulls, some rowing moves, and lat pulls. We had two of these stolen at my local gym in three months. Now I have my own set and donโt have to worry about not finding them on the gym floor
