Why are the treats made in China?

We use only high-quality chicken from trusted suppliers. Every batch is lab-tested in the USA to ensure safety, quality, and freshness. Our rigorous testing standards meet or exceed those used for products made in the USA.

Can this treat cause allergies or sensitivities?

Most dogs tolerate these treats well, but any new food can potentially cause a reaction. We recommend introducing gradually and monitoring your dog’s response.

Why do some treats seem harder, darker, or different from my previous purchase?

Because our treats are made from natural ingredients without preservatives, texture and color can vary slightly from batch to batch. Darker or firmer pieces can result from longer drying times.

What if my dog refuses to eat the treats?

Every pet has unique taste preferences. If your dog isn’t immediately interested, try offering it as part of a fun game or training session.

From what age can I give these treats?

These treats are suitable for dogs from 12 weeks (3 months) of age and older. Always choose an appropriate portion size for your puppy’s age and chewing ability
