Useless.
Useless. May as well put a layer of Kleenex at the bottom of my shoe. And what’s worse? Can’t return them. Expensive and completely unsupportive.

life savers! IMO.
I had been suffering really badly with Plantar Faciitis for about a year. It was awful, really painful and debillitating. I had spent a small fortune on various inner soles and heel supports etc, but nothing did any good. I came across these brilliant inserts whilst scrolling through Amazon, read the reviews and decided to give them a go. I was so glad I did as the relief was instant and I could actually walk without being in absolute agony. It's about six months or a bit more and my heels are so much better. I can get up off the sofa to walk into the kitchen like a normal person, not someone who as soon as they stood up, could only hobble. I wear them every day and my heels/feet are almost back to normal. They support my arches , the fit is excellent and my husband, who also suffers, but not to the same degree, has also bought a pair. I'm not saying they cured me, but it feels that way. Out of everything I tried, these did the trick. I would highly recommend.

They helped immediately!
I felt relief immediately when I started using these heel cups. They are easy to slide in and out of whatever footwear I am wearing (I live in the country so footwear tends to be practical and on the roomy side -- I can't comment on whether this applies as well to city shoes). I have had them for less than a month and my plantar fasciitis pain has almost entirely disappeared. This is great, as I am able to carry on as before with my daily long walks with no adverse effects. I would recommend these to others!

Heel That Pain Insoles
I bought these insoles for my daughter. She does a lot of running and has suffered sore feet for a long time. These insoles have made a massive difference. Her feet are great now and she has very little to no pain at. I have purchased 4 pairs for her so she can put them in all of her regular shoes. She loves them and highly recommends them to anyone with painful feet.
