Ive been buying this on subscribe and save for a while and have always loved the flavor. There's a fresh herbal taste from the greens with apple. It does clump at first but after stirring into about 2 or 3 oz water, let it sit about 2 minutes and stir once more clumps are gone. Everything would dissolve nicely, except a few bits that would settle to the bottom. I would usually just add a tad more water to my glass to get the rest of that, so it wouldn't go to waste. It tastes great and more importantly I feel the benefits. More energy which says something. This next part happened In Feb 2023 and I stopped buying for this reason (but they had immediately sent me an email giving me an option for a replacement or a full refund. I didn't see the email until several months later so this review sat here a while without an update). [I just opened a new one I got from my last subscribe and save shipment. It doesn't taste anything like it has before. There's a strange artificial taste. I can't even drink it. Obviously the company had changed the formula and I will be canceling my subscription for this now. Extremely disappointed.] I've since gotten the refund and ended up buyng again, because it's normally great stuff. I haven't tried the new container yet, but plan to update this again if the new container I got is still problematic. I feel like it was probably just a bad batch from the last time, and overall this is a very good company. Definitely recommend!

Mixed well and tastes great

A lot sweeter than I was expecting. But the flavor isn't bad.

I have been using this for 6 months. The taste is great, I like the berry flavor. It does give energy and aides digestion. I want to address the clumping issue I’ve read with other reviews. I have not experienced. First I use room temperature water. Second I use a container to pour the water and powder in and then shake it up. Everything is mixed and ready to drink with no problems. Texture is smooth.

Great for your digestion, immune system, anti oxidant, cellular regeneration etc and keeps you regular.

It has an extensive ingredients list. Most of these ingredients are in the various blends listed on the label. Basically it’s a proprietary blend, we don’t know how much of each ingredient is in it, just the total blend. The taste isn’t nauseating as I’ve read on other reviews, but the taste isn’t appealing. As annotated in many reviews “clumping” is a problem. I’ve tried a few different methods and it doesn’t dissolve well. Even using my protein blender it clumps up. Keep that in mind, swallowing those lumps might be what has caused some people to say it’s nauseating. Bottom line I’ve tried it and will never buy it again. There’s a lot better alternatives available. Just a small note: on the label it states made in the USA, but the company and manufacturing is in Ontario, Canada.

Great tasting way to make sure I get everything I need that I'm missing while on my glp-1 diet. Blends in perfectly with my protein drink and is affordable to boot. I've turned numerous others onto this product as well that are in similar situations as my own.

Ive already bought 5 bottles so far and my family has been consuming it for 2 months. The results are good-parents with hypertension have a healthy pressure, frequent swelling of leg previously has not occured and they havent fallen sick ( which they used). It will take time for observable results but I do believe this product is worth it.
