I brought this with me on pilgrimage, where I was walking an average of 12 miles a day sometimes up to 20 miles. After long days on my feet, this little roller was a genuine relief. I used it every evening, and it helped ease the tension and soreness in my arches and heels. It’s simple, but incredibly effective. Pros: Perfect for travel, lightweight and compact, easy to carry in a small bag. Great foot relief, helped with plantar fasciitis and general fatigue. Ribbed texture gets deep into tight areas without causing pain. Con: Slips a bit on smooth floors, works best on a carpet Honestly, I wouldn’t have managed the long walking days without this. Highly recommend if you’re doing any kind of trip that involves a lot of walking.

An excellent piece of equipment to relieve tired aching feet, or help cure plantar facilities. Can also be used to massage and roll over any other tight muscle, eg calf muscles or glutes. An excellent well made piece of equipment. highly recommended.

Having trained in reflexology many years ago, and provided the service to many patients within the NHS, within hospice setting and privately, I know that unlike some other so-called 'complementary therapies', reflexology actually works. Just rolling this foot massager gently under a bare foot an hour before bed while watching TV is not just relaxing, it also stimulates many (though not all) of your reflexology points. This alone can help many people to get off to sleep easier, and even increase the amount of REM (deep sleep) they're able to get. For the price, it's definitely worth a try if you have trouble getting off to sleep.

Looks and feels like good quality, decent size and robust enough to withstand pressure. I purchased this after having a massage roller recommended for plantar fasciitis which has been so agonising I struggle to walk. After only three days using this I have started to feel the benefits!

This is very uncomfortable to use. The little nodules are painful and make my feet feel like they're on fire for quite a while after using. I think I should've just bought a tennis ball as I did this in the past a few years back and it provided far more relief and no pain. I would not recommend this product and am very disappointed with it!

Und es ist wirklich erstaunlich: Das scheinbar so simple Design funktioniert fast überall am Körper – zwischen den Rippen, an der Haut, an kleinen Punkten, um den Körper zu stimulieren. Ich habe schon viele Tools ausprobiert, aber dieses hier ist einfach perfekt. 👌 Ich plane sogar, in den nächsten Tagen ein paar Videos dazu zu machen und hochzuladen, um zu zeigen, wie vielseitig man ihn einsetzen kann. Meine Empfehlung: Wenn jemand Lust hat, so ein Tool kreativ für verschiedene Körperbereiche zu nutzen – das hier ist genau das Richtige! Ottimo prodotto. Lo utilizzo in modo principale x il piede ( a seguito distorsione). Il mio consiglio è di poggiarlo su un tappetino in quanto diversamente tende a spostarsi sui lati.
