Just a preface - I was not asked to review this nor am i gaining anything by reviewing it. I'm only writing this for people like me who were completely stressed out and stalking reviews for hope.I live in a legal state and was extremely nervous this detox drink wasn't going to work but after waiting over a week for the results from a 10-panel pre-employment screening for an important job- I can confirm it works.I am over 210lbs and about 5'5" - I'm a plus size girl and so naturally, I was concerned about the amount of THC stored in my fat cells. I abstained for about 28 days prior to my test. Before that, I was vaping 97% THC concentrate every day (having 5-10 pulls per night). I was testing negative when I was hydrated but paranoid that my sample was just diluted so I would test my first pee too which was positive. I was concerned that if I tried to over-hydrate, the lab would detect diluted pee and I was concerned that if I didn't hydrate enough, I'd come up positive. Honestly, all of the research I did really made me paranoid and freaked me out. I decided to buy this detox as a last resort and I'm glad I did.For about 3 weeks, I took goldenseal, creatine monohydrate and b12 supplements after reading they can help you avoid a diluted sample. I also take a multivitamin, extra iron, etc. I did not eat clean the entire time because I'm a major carb junkie but the morning of the test all I had was a yogurt drink for breakfast. I also had coffee and gatorade. I took this drink about 4 hours before being tested - but your window should be about 3 hours. I wasn't expecting a delay.In hindsight, I should have put this in the fridge before drinking it because it was pretty nasty. It was like pepto bismal and pineapple cream soda had a weird spicy baby. It was weird and burned my throat. it was also really hard to finish it all without wanting to throw up. I recommend taking a minute between gulps if you need to just to avoid throwing up.after waiting 15 minutes, i filled it back up with water, shook it and finished what was left. Make sure you get all of the little leftover particles in the bottle. 64 oz of liquid inside you does not feel good. I had to go #2 right after finishing the refill. It wasn't painful but I pissed and shit my brains out. Stay near your toilet. I was on there for like 40 minutes nonstop and even after that, I was peeing every 15 minutes for the next 2 hours. You will piss out of your ass but it wasn't uncomfortable or painful for me in any way.I drank 16 oz of water 2 hours after taking the detox and continued to pee up until my exam and test. My pee was light yellow but not too light. the detox drink has lots of nutrients and minerals to replace what's flushed out but i believe me taking b12, creatine, goldenseal, multivitamins, etc really helped with this too so I would really recommend them.The best thing you can do is abstain as long as you can, buy at home test strips, drink water, take the vitamins I mentioned, and take the detox drink the day of your test if you're still not completely sure.

Don't let the reviews scare you. It tastes like a strong grapefruit juice. The colder the drink is, the more I enjoyed it. After drinking the entire bottle plus refilling with water and downing again, you will urinate fairly frequently (i did not experience "water shooting out of both ends" as mentioned in other reviews). If using to pass a urine drug screen, I doubt a daily user would be able to just use this and pass the same day. Only way to clear thc from the body is "time"! I used the precleanse pills for two days and focused on 2-4L of water a day as well as a very clean diet to improve digestion / elimination, as fatty foods slow digestion and thus, slow thc elimination from the body. Started the cleanse after 21 days sobriety and still testing positive @ 50ng/mL. After the precleanse for two days and this drink on day 23 of sobriety I am fairly certain I would be able to pass a urine drug screen for thc but am still ordering another 3 days of precleanse and another bottle to use next week to be absolutely certain. I had been a daily smoker for about 15yr prior to this sobriety period for reference. I would also recommend ordering a pack of simple urine tests @ 50ng/mL as well as a multi level urine test (300/200/50/25/5 ng/mL) so you can check your baseline, mid and post cleanse thc levels. I would recommend this product as a supplement however, not a "pass the test you were surprised by miracle potion".Update: used the 3 day precleanse and second mega bottle without issue. Finished the second round thursday, as the 3 day precleanse was mon-wed. However, did not do any precleanse prior to the third bottle, Tuesday morning. Woke Tuesday morning and drank 2L of water with Gatorade powder and creatine during a workout from 0530-0630, refilled the bottle and drank another 2L before 0745 when I got home from the gym. Drank the mega drink, waited the recommended 15min, then had explosive water discharge from my intestinal tract. Be warned, drinking on an empty stomach is NOT ADVISED! Did eventually start urinating again after refilling and drinking the bottle plus an additional liter of straight water. Result of urine test was successful, taken @ 1015 Tuesday morning.

Perhaps my weight and diet compromised my results but as it stands, this method of clensing failed to produce any negative test results. I have been off of Delta 9 for 56 days, everyday smoker prior. Have dabled in Delta 12 and 8 about 48 days prior.I moderatly fasted prior to beginning the clense. 6 pre clense pills taken at varying times the day before clensing along with recommended water intake. I tested throughout the entire process yet no change was detected. Instructions were followed thoroughly but no other dietary changes were made during which may have adversely affected the clensing but should not have been a large factor considering metabolism.The drink itself like a spicy fruit punch. Similar to Hawaiian Punch with noticible sweetness. While not tasting terrible it leaves a lingering unpleasantness in your mouth and throat.It was hard for me to consume 64 oz of liquid in 15 minutes and not vomit but I suspect that I may have been dehydrated prior despite intaking 100 oz of water the day prior which was not my norm admittedly. Also alcohol intake may have factored into the dehydration variable. These were not mentioned in the testing method so I will discount them as test distractors.Within minutes of intaking the formula my stomach begin to turn and the bloating slowly subsided. Audible gastrointestinal noises remained frequent indicating that the formula was indeed producing rapid movement in my gut. Thereafter I continously had to sit on the toilet as the majority of the liquid was now being ejected from my rectum. This was akin to diarrhea and the feeling was uncomfortable as bile was irritating. I would suggest using Vaseline on your anus prior to mitigate the diarrhea irritation if you are sensitive or suffer from hemorrhoids. On my 3rd bowl movement I produced an intensely orange colored flow of liquid with no solids. This was the bulk of the formula exiting my system, it had indeed taken about 3 hours from consuming to produce this stage. Frequent urination between also produced pale yellow but not dilluted urine of no obvious change from typical urine color or odor which is a plus.However the 5 test taken did not even hint at a possible passing result which was extremely disappointing especially considering the amount of time I have been obstaining from THC where others had reported quitting only days earlier, I had quit nearly 2 months yet still positive. I can only assume that my weight, diet, and hydration may be working against me moreso than other people but I would expect this product to still work as advertised for my circumstances lest I would have never bothered with a rapid clensing method. If I was to fully recommit to trying again I would have done 3 days of pre clensing and the dietary recommendation as well as increasing my water intake a week prior. Cutting out alcohol completely and using a variety of test strips vs just one brand, if only to rule out those factors if contributing to the issue. But that would be an even more expensive risk to do once more so sadly I will have to pursue another method as I am not confident in this purges ability to work in my case.Lesson being, if you're a larger person with a slower metabolism this product has reduced effectiveness that is not mentioned. Certainly not worth the risk of using in a realtime situation and dubious one size fits fixes all advertisement and reviews. I have attached my logs and results for review.

I passed a pre-employment urine screen yesterday after having smoked 5 says prior.I'm typically an everyday smoker, though most days it is limited to a couple tokes of higher grade flower after work each evening. I am 6'2" and 185 lbs. My diet is pretty fatty. I already drink plenty of water daily, but in the 5 days prior to my test I did up my water intake to about 1 gallon a day spread out throughout the entire day.I woke up 3 hours before my test and chugged the entire 32 oz bottle as quickly as I could. The taste is not good at all, but I was able to deal with it well enough that I had the bottle empty in less than five minutes. I refilled the bottle with water 15 minutes later as instructed and had no problem chugging that down. It helped get the foul aftertaste from the drink out of my mouth.By the time an hour had passed I had already urinated 3 times, but the urge to urinate was stronger than the amount I actually passed. In the next two hours before my test I had went at least 4 more times. By the time I had to give a sample I felt like I could barely hold it.My test was "negative: not diluted". This is the second time I've used this product to help pass a test and I would recommend it. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is that the taste was terrible and could be nearly unbearable for some people.

My work dept is being taken over by an outside contractor, and I was given less than a month's notice. It was pretty much sign on with the new company, or start looking for another job. I had been taking Delta 8 for my insomnia for a few months by that point, so when I heard they were requiring a drug screen I pretty much panicked. I quit immediately and started eating better, incorporating more vegetables, green tea, cranberry juice, and milk thistle capsules into my diet. Along with drinking copious amounts of water every day. I'm 40 years old, about 5 ft 6, and weighed about 180 before I started the process of detoxing. I get a decent amount of exercise from my job, and tend to not work out at home. I have since shed about 5 lbs since quitting the Delta 8.I bought 2 of the Precleanse packets along with the detox drink. In the week before taking the drink, I took the 12 capsules over the course of 2 days, and my urine was electric yellow for a bit. I'm not sure if it was necessary to do 2 packets , but I wasn't taking any chances. I was getting the faintest shadow of a line on my at-home drug tests afterwards. On the day of my test, I woke up 3.5 hours in advance and started in on the drink. I have a few tips that worked for me, because it seems that an unsettled stomach is a common occurrence when consuming this drink.1) Refrigerate your drink!! Their website says it doesn't affect the efficacy, and the flavor is a little easier to stomach when it's cold. Believe me, the tropical flavor gets really old really fast. There's a bit of grittiness to the drink as well, and as someone who's sensitive to textures, this was kinda off-putting. There's also a slight burning sensation in your throat. I will say that my throat felt hoarse and scratchy for the rest of the day.2) Don't chug it. I started that way, and I could feel my stomach getting unsettled really quickly. I found it easier to drink it like I was drinking out of a straw, if that makes sense. In fact, I might even recommend doing just that. I managed to finish it within 15 minutes doing this, and my stomach felt relatively ok. I waited 15 minutes, filled the bottle with water, shook it, then drank that over the next 15 or so minutes. The whole time I could smell the tropical scent, so I figured out that if I took a deep breath in then breathed out while drinking the water, it was much easier. I would say paying attention to your breathing during this process helps a great deal. I'm really sensitive to smells and tastes, so I knew I was going to struggle with this. But I managed to keep everything down, and besides a slightly unsettled stomach, I didn't really have any issues.3) Be prepared for many bathroom trips. I would say I was going about every 5-10 mins within about an hour of finishing the drink. And not only will you pee a ton, but you will have very liquid bowel movements at the same time. Once I had nothing left, it was pretty much just liquid coming out. It was a very odd experience to say the least. But also oddly made my stomach feel amazing after a while.4) I took home drug tests about every hour after finishing the drink, and by the 3rd test, I was getting a definite negative result. The 1st test was very faint, but could still be considered negative.5) While the home tests were showing up negative, my urine was almost completely clear before leaving for my official test. I read that drinking tomato juice helps with the color so you don't get a diluted sample, also protein rich foods, milk, and yellow Gatorade. I drank 3 cans of V8 before leaving the house, but my test was still pretty clear. The guy doing my test wasn't too concerned with it, but I'm not sure if every testing place will be the same, so I would say be wary of that.All in all, I managed to get a negative result within 2 weeks of quitting the Delta 8. I was only using 1 gummy once a day, so I'm not sure how this drink will work if you're a heavier user. But I figured I would put in my 2 cents in case you're in a similar situation. The first thing I want to stress is that you should only go this route if you are having an OBSERVED test. If you are going into Quest or one of the other laboratory companies for an unobserved pre-employment test you should definitely go with a synthetic product in one of the heated pouches. I ordered this because I was going to have an observed test by the medical staff of a company I just got hired by, and it did give me negative results but the creatine levels were off and they were suspicious (if they didn't have a line of 20 people waiting to get tests they may not have accepted it). I'm a daily smoker, 6' around 210lbs, but I hadn't smoked in 72 hours before the test. I took 4 pre-cleanse tablets the day before, as well as normal doses of B12, Niacin and turmeric extract for those 72 hours. Keep in mind, following the directions means slamming 64 ounces of liquid in short order and it wasn't easy to get down first thing in the morning, especially with the funky taste. I ate nothing and had a single cup of coffee after my stomach settled. Drank it at about 4:15 AM and tested around 6:45-7 AM. I feel like I got my moneys worth, but I I'm far more confident in the synthetic products if you are in a situation where they can be used safely.

Quick background: I am 5’11, 225lb and was a heavy thc smoker about 2-2.5 months ago. Last smoking about 40 days ago. Works every single time! I wouldn't trust anything else! Works for prescription drugs and nonprescription drugs and chemicals. As long as you follow the directions and give yourself atleast 2 days of not using prior to the test- you will pass! Due to.all the vitamins and minerals, your urine will still have a slightly yellow color which mean your test will not come back as "diluted"... mega clean is good for when you've been using all weekend or alot in general or are a heavy weight person. I use "ready clean" if Ive only used once or twice and I use mega clean for when I need a heavy duty cleaning! Stay close to a bathroom as it will clean you out ass end first!Edit: Used again today (Wednesday morning) and urine was clean after using a large amount of cocaine over the course of the weekend and doing 1 line on Monday at about 4pm. This stuff is amazing and a lifesaver.Last time I ordered, it was 3 days late and no idea when it was coming. They changed the delivery time twice on me and I eventually decided to cancel and get refunded. Very unhappy about the product not showing up but happy that I was refunded without problem.

If you’re relying on this to pass your drug test. Its not going to work. Smoked weed pretty much everyday quit for 8 days then tried this product. Drank the whole bottle waited 15 mins filled it with water. After frequent urination and a couple bowel movements. 3 hours later decided to do a home test kit. Failed the thc test which i was aiming to mask. Bought 2 of these drinks and honestly feel a little lighter. Im sure it does wonders for your body but if you’re looking to beat a drug test this isn’t going to work. Hope you don’t waste your money like i did.

This is an in-depth review of my experience using Detoxify Mega Clean (a drug masking beverage).I bought 2 bottles of Detoxify Mega Clean and 4 “At-Home Urine Drug Screening Tests” (to test it myself before going for my pre-employment screening).I am 5’6” 165lbs Male in Canada. I smoke about 0.3g-0.5g of marijuana from a bong daily. I haven’t take any other drugs or medications in the past 6 months. I had 7 days before needing to give a urine sample for a pre-employment urine drug screening.Day 1:I stopped smoking completely (cold-turkey).Day 3:Used an At-Home 12-Drug Urine Test (testing THC, Opiates, Cocaine, Fentanyl, etc.) and tested positive for THC.Day 4:I drank 1 bottle of Detoxify Mega Clean 32oz within 10 minutes (vigorously shook the bottle for 1 minute before hand). Waited 15 minutes, then refilled the 32oz bottle with water (shook vigorously for 1 min again), and drank the complete bottle within 10 minutes again.Within 20 minutes I began to get a pretty bad stomach ache (due to the amount of fluids I consumed in such a short amount of time). And by the end of the first hour I felt as if the product ran through my system and flushed me out (from the back first). I peeped 4 times then tested myself after 2.5 hours (from the time I began the first bottle). Results came back NEGATIVE for all 4 drugs.Day 5:I tested myself again (4-Drugs) in the evening, and came back POSITIVE for THC and Opiates (I was shocked because I have never consumed any form of opiates in my life…then realized that I ate a bagel with poppyseeds…and somehow that affected my drug test results).Day 7:I repeated my steps from day 4. I got the call September 21st for a new job that required a drug and alcohol test. Im a heavy stoner, usually hit the dab pen multiple times a day so once I started looking at how long THC stays in your system I started to get worried. My exam was scheduled for October 12th. I had 21 days to some how get the THC out of my system. Im a very healthy guy. I work out about 4-5 times a week, very active outdoors. I started reading on how to get it out of the system as fast as possible but the more i read, the more i realized it depends on the person and their diet and how active you are and your body fat percentage. For 21 days I cold turkeyd smoking weed. I ramped up my cardio, hit the sauna and steam room almost every single day. I also drank about 4-6 litres of water daily. I was pissing like a race horse. I also cut out carbs, sugar and kept a clean diet. Fruits, veggies, lean protein. 2 weeks into this detox I started checking my urine and Ofcourse it was still coming out positive. I tried the drink one week before to see if it actually worked. It did. I checked my urine within 1.5 - 2.5 hours of taking the drink and it was negative. Later on in the day I was testing positive again. I didn’t want to rely only on the drink so i kept ramping up my cardio and training, sweating like a pig, hitting the sauna and steam room till the day before my test. A few days before my exam I started testing negative after about 18 days of detoxing. I still took the drink before my urine exam. I’m sure it helped and gave me a leg up in passing the test. But I wouldn’t recommend just relying on the drink. You must do your part as well. If your like me, heavy stoner. Drink water until your sick, train, sweat, hit the sauna and steam room. Make sure you give yourself at least 2-3 weeks. I hope this review helps anybody trying to pass a drug screening test.

Didn't smoke for 5 days, did not eat clean as instructed. Drank 2.5 hours before test, filled up with water and drank 15 minutes later. Passed with zero THC in my sample. As far as I'm concerned this worked perfectly. Lost a star for taste and mild stomach ache. Would buy again if needed.
