Please contact me, neil@rockfieldme.co.uk as i need replacement grey poles front and back as they both snapped when we set the tent up, i have requested a return which you've granted, however, it will cost me 200£ to return which I cannot afford, the concept is superb but the poles failed, i purchased the tent for a break for my partner and myself, so,I’m desperate for the poles, thankyou
