Interesting design, works well, good quality, good value
This is a nice design that provides a lowerable foot in a compact space. Good for placing completely beneath something which the "retractable caster" design can't do. There are EXTREMELY free rolling. The 3 inch wheels are a nice size - big enough, but not too big. It is important to make sure you tighten the locknut if the foot is raised and you are rolling the object. The foot otherwise unscrews by itself remarkably easily. Finally, they give you a little wrench which is nice, and you can keep it with your item, so it is always handy. They also give you a Philips screwdriver which you probably don't need but can become an extra to toss into your toolbox. And even Phillips head mounting screws and washers which you may or may not use. They are pretty long. I used 1/4" carriage bolts. If I had any suggestion, it be to have black wheels so they wouldn't be so visible, but that was perhaps related only to my application which was cabinets in a museum.

Great versatility!
Homhoo 3" Leveling Plate Caster Wheels with Adjustable Anti-Vibration Leveling Foot Pad Review Pros: 1. Versatility: These caster wheels are highly versatile, making them ideal for a variety of applications. The leveling feature allows for easy adjustment to ensure stability on uneven surfaces. 2. Anti-Vibration Pads: The included anti-vibration foot pads helps to keep the foot from sliding and reduce noise depending on application. 3. Build Quality: The caster wheels are robust and seem well-constructed. The 3-inch size provides a good balance between maneuverability and load-bearing capacity. 4. Adjustability: The adjustable leveling mechanism is straightforward to use and ensures that items remain stable and level even on slightly uneven floors. Cons: 1. Installation: While installation is generally straightforward, it requires careful alignment to ensure that the leveling function works properly. This might be a bit challenging for some users. 2. Size Limitation: The 3-inch size might not be suitable for very heavy loads or larger equipment that requires larger wheels for better stability. Overall: The Homhoo 3" Leveling Plate Caster Wheels with Adjustable Anti-Vibration Leveling Foot Pads offer a solid combination of stability, noise reduction, and ease of use. They are a good choice for those needing adjustable levelling solutions for various applications. However, be mindful of the size if you have particularly heavy or large items.

Saved my Dewalt tool chest
I wanted to have a large dewalt tool chest installed under my workbench. The problem was that the tool chest had coasters that added 8" to the height and could not fit under my workbench. On top of that the floor was far from level so I needed an entire inch in height difference between the left and the right wheels. These coaster really saved the day. First of all the attachment plate holes align with the original ones so no drilling necessary. Secondly the lower height was exactly what I needed. It's not an ideal coaster and on two of the wheels the rubber foot drags on the floor even in the most retracted position. But I'm not planning to move it much once it's in place so not a big deal for me.

Leveling feet drag on floor, but there is a fix
As-is: The leveling feet sit very low and there is no way to keep them up from the floor, making it a pain to roll. To fix this: While mounted, remove the threaded stud and use a 3/8 bit to mark the spot by boring into the hole . Undo 3 of the screws on the plate, flip the plate out of the way, and then use a 1/2 bit to bore a hole big enough for the stud. Screw the plate back on and now the stud will be able to go up into the post. Recommend using 4x4 posts, since I can't really see this working with a couple 2x4s screwed together.

Wow! Great quality
These casters roll effortlessly on a huge workbench. This thing is 86" x 82" and weighs 500+ lbs and I can spin it in a circle with 2 fingers each hand. High quality, wasn't expecting this for the price. Very glad I bought them!

Good build quality, non-existent clearance
I purchased a few sets of these casters to use with some shop furniture projects I'm working on. Overall, the product seems to be well made and generally seems very sturdy. The casters have a good, solid weight and generally move well. Now, on the flip side, the product pictures are misleading. They show the caster with the leveling foot fully extended as well as fully retracted. This is where the product photos are misleading. The way this caster works, the threaded stem for the leveling foot threads THROUGH the caster's mounting plate. This is probably beneficial for weight bearing capabilities (i.e. it eliminates any side to side pressure from having the foot attached off-center) compared to different designs. However, it also means that unless you plan ahead and leave enough clearance behind the caster mounting plate, your ability to retract the caster will be extremely limited. Measuring clearance on the installed casters. without special considerations on clearance, you are able to retract it just 3/16" off the floor. So, forget about rolling these over pretty much anything. Also, the bolts on the leveling foot will NOT stay put. Any accidental contact with the foot typically causes it to back out. So be prepared to try and free these casters from being forcibly stuck to the floor on a very regular basis. For clearance purposes, the stem is 3/8" diameter, and fully retracted, it sticks about an inch through the top of the caster's mounting plate. If that is not an option, there are some alternatives which should work (shown in one of the pictures).
