Does it matter which ear?

Yea, this is a left handed canon.

After lighting can i stick it someplace besides my ear

I wouldn’t recommend that, you can always get help because you have value.

Can you use "Bangsite" with this cannon ?

No had that stuff in couldn't use it. Had to get black powder. Bangsite needs water. Wouldn't work with mini cannon. Wasted $$ on that stuff.

Is this 100% legal in the us?

It is in fact 100% legal in the USA, even for felons and conscientious objectors.
