Viconor - Red light therapy for neck, near infrared light therapy belt, portable infrared neck wrap with timer

I love this little device. I have had a stiff neck on and off for several months, and the relief this device provides is AMAZING! It is an excellent value for the money, and like all Viconor products, extremely well-made and easy to use. Do not let the reviews that complain about having to plug it in discourage you. The plug-in and connection cord are long, so that should not be a problem if you want to wear this while reading or watching TV. I have used it only once on my chin, so not sure yet if that will work, but I bought it for my sore neck, so I'm happy.

The charger that came with my red light device unfortunately did not work. I contacted customer service through the email address included with the device instructions to let them know of the problem. They responded the next day and the issue was resolved the following day to my satisfaction. Customer service was easy to work with and prompt in addressing the problem. The red light device works nicely and has helped with some pain I have been experiencing. Overall I’m very happy with the purchase.

The power button didn’t work. It only powered on when connected to the charger.

It does work. I see a difference in my double chin. But it doesn't work unless its plugged in. I fully charged it when I got it and ..nothing.

I got this little Red-Light 'belt', and was surprised at how small it was. I expected the area with the lights to be wider, but for such a low cost, who's complaining. 😊 I got this mostly for my 'turkey wobbler' neck. Let me tell you that after using this once a day for a week, my neck is VISIBLY better. I am absolutely shocked at the rapid improvement. 🩷 I continue to use it, also on other areas of my body. You have to plug it in, but that's ok. You can take off the side straps and just lay it on. I am SO happy with it. I absolutely highly recommend giving it serious consideration. 🌷
