I wear a woman's 2X or 3X shirt and the strap was too tight around my waist with air in the vest. Fits between my legs fine though. ### ⭐⭐ Not comfortable at all! Ripped within an hour of use. *by R***8 on Reviewed in the United States on May 27, 2019* Nice looking and ok when face down (horizontal) but there is no crotch strap and the back does not tighten like a life jacket does. It instead has a strap that goes around your back and the mesh panel just has loops that go around the strap. So when you are verticle and treading water (when you really need the vest) it rides up terribly! I messed around with it in the pool before my vacation and glad I did. One of the strap loops already started ripping. We ended up not even using snorkel vests and were ok without them although if u are not a strong swimmer, I'd highly recommend getting something. Even a pool noodle would help. Also, it is very hard to vent the air out of this type of vest so forget diving down to look at something. I'd recommend going to a dive shop if you plan on snorkeling in the open ocean and spending a little more. (or just use a couple of pool noodles! :) ### ⭐⭐ It Leaks *by S***2 on Reviewed in the United States on June 10, 2019* This vest worked great for the first hour. My 80lbs Autistic daughter was proudly swimming on her own wearing this vest😂😂😂. It has the straps going around the waist and in between the legs. Then about an hour later we notice bubbles coming from the SEAMS and the vest started deflating😤. It looks and feels like quality materials were used but IT LEAKS. I searched long and hard for a product that'll work for Autistic people and finally decided on this one.
