These Vitamin D-3 softgels are easy to swallow and contain no unnecessary ingredients. The oil used is flaxseed, which itself is a nutritious ingredient. Vitamin D-3 is cholecalciferol, the preferred form for proper absorption. The dose is fairly substantial, which is good because most people are deficient in Vitamin D. Of course, it's a good idea to occasionally have your blood tested for Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy levels, to make sure it's in the ideal range.

البرشامه جيلاتينيه لكنها صغيره جدا مش هتحس بيها بناء علي العلبه ف استخدامها يكون حبه واحده بشكل يومي هل فرقت معايا ؟ ف الحقيقه حتي لو فرقت انت مش هتحس لانه فيتامين مش دواء لكنه بشكل عام كويس وبيدوم حوالي 4 شهور ف عظيم
