I brought an XS. Since i can typically fit that size. I'm drifting between S and XS. It's sadly a bit too small so I gave it to my sister and it fits her better. I'll buy a small next time

Get your regular size! I am between L and XL and I got a medium and I have to be a bit careful so I don’t mess up my ribs BUT this is worth every penny when used correctly. Once the boning in the back becomes less stiff it can be very comfortable. In Short YOU WILL BE SNATCHED!

This product was much too bulky heavy and big for me unfortunately. I do not think it could be worn comfortably under a dress of moderate thickness Perhaps it’s more for bed

This is the best waist trainer I have ever bought. It is easy to wear with the 3 straps and shapes your body really well. I think that is great quality for the price and it is breathable like it doesn’t restrict your breathing. The only thing I would say is size down I am usually a size medium but I bought a size small and it fits exactly how I would like.

I got an extra small because I knew that it would stretch out just a little bit overtime so I would recommend sizing down because it is stretchy and adjustable and your waist will shrink over time.
