Genuine OEM filters work great as they should.
What’s to say other than these are genuine Hakko ceramic fiber filters. Fits perfectly as expected in my desolder gun. Always have spares as these can clog fairly quickly. One tip I’d give is these are around 5mm thick so you can peel off the clogged/crusty top layer once (maybe twice) if you are careful and use the filter again.

Same Quality as Original, but Overpriced
These are the same quality as the original that came with my Hakko FR-301, which is exactly what I wanted. However, I’m docking a star because they’re overpriced for what they are. Given how inexpensive these should be to manufacture, I expected at least double the quantity for the price.
