Shake the bottle (don't forget this step!), spray a light application directly onto a cleaned and sealed surface, rub it into the stone in a circular motion with a soft cloth, let it dry to a haze, and rub it off (test a small area first if you've never used this product before.) You don't realize how dull your granite is until you polish it, and then you'll wonder why you waited so long.
