Sure, the wrapping looks pretty good. It's decent for home use, but nothing to heavy duty.

Is this meat cleaver dishwasher safe?

You can put it in your dishwasher, but I would not recommend putting any knives you like in the dishwasher. It will greatly dull the blade. Additionally this knife is not full-tang which means that the water could get inside the handle, and rust it out shortening the life of this knife further. In short, yes but no.
