I’ve been very happy with Andrew Lessman’s Complete Multivitamin. One of the things I appreciate most is that they come in capsule form instead of large tablets. The capsules are noticeably smaller than many other multivitamins I’ve tried, making them much easier for me to swallow. That may seem like a small detail, but it makes taking them consistently much more convenient. If you struggle with large vitamins, these are definitely worth considering.
