It is somewhat better quality as compared to other cheap products. It has Velvet Fur outside and looks premium due to that. However I suspect there is Gel inside this bag as mentioned in Amazon. I think its just plain water inside but it serves the purpose of heating. Even on product box they have mentioned as hot water bag (not Gel). Otherwise this is good product.
