It goes on with a bit of color that, once it dries your lids look perfect and the color very evened out! **Q: How long would eyeshadow stay on wit oily lids with this product?** A: My eyelids are so oily that without this, eyeshadow is sometimes gone by lunch. With the eye primer it stays in place through evening. **Q: Is there any color to this? Have fair/light complexion w/ tea stained lids. Need primer that can neutralize this darkness.** A: It does, but extremely light. It's a wonderful eyeshadow primer, but I suggest a concealer to cover the dark areas. I use Bare Minerals...it covers the dark circles under my eyes and mine are super dark. But do try the Thank Me Later as an eyeshadow primer.
