I wouldn’t think so. You’re probably better off using a reef safe epoxy.

can I use this product to built fish tank

I used it to reseal a 40 long and it worked great. I used it after finding many tank builders swear by it. It skins over reasonably quickly, so plan accordingly.

How long is the full cure time?

the tube says 24 hours depending on temperature, humidity, and thickness. mine took longer, about 48 hours. it was 55 degrees, 3/8 inch thick, and humidity was around 65%
