I've been taking this product for a few weeks now. I've lost a few pounds. However, along with taking this supplement I am intermittent fasting and this product seems to be a great support. I will update after I finish an entire bottle. The price is good. Try it!!

I have several comments about this product. First, I am a 61 y.o. WF who is in very good health (normal BP, no diseases) who needs to loose 40 pounds. I do take other supplements: OPC-3 (Market America product), Fish Oil and a Woman's Daily Multi-Vit (Rainbow Light). Second, I needed something to get me through my sugar/carb addiction....this was it. I take as directed (one capsule a day) in the morning with breakfast and in three days, I did not have any sugar/carb cravings. I have been on this for one week and have lost 3 pounds. My appetite has definitely decreased and I do not feel as sluggish (probably cause I'm not crashing from the sugar!). Finally, I am not surprised at the results (based on the reviews) but surprised at the reasonable cost of the product.

I only took this product for a limited time. Unfortunately, I got stomach cramps, bloating and discontinued.

Having taken chromium picolinate for years as a physician-recommended supplement, it is important to me to have a product that is reasonably priced, yet of the purest quality. Some of the products I have tried have an unpleasant taste or odor. These capsules do not and are quite small, which makes them very easy to swallow. I am delighted to have found a product that I will very likely continue to buy rather than purchase this supplement at random, as I have done in the past, with the hope of finding the right item for me.

I have been taking the Chromium daily for a week now and I think it is helping me with my sweet tooth! (or sweet teeth). I was skeptical for sure but wanted help so badly. I am pleased so far, It is easy to take being small and easy to swallow. I take it in the mornings after breakfast and sometimes when I think of it around 1 or 2 PM. So FAR So Good!
