The packets are very convenient and the flavor is great. Not bitter like YM sometimes is. I put 1 bag into a quart of water out in the sun for "sun tea" and drink it all morning

I was worried about the taste when purchasing this tea, but I absolutely love the taste. Tastes like green tea and the tea you get at a Asian restaurant combined. Very good tasting and no need for sweeteners at all. It does curb the appetite a bit, yes. Not too strong and smells great. I definitely recommend. Comes in easy to use pouches verses loose tea. My daughter and her auntie loves this when they tried it as well. 5 stars.
