Honest company that stands behind their warranty and products.
This is an update. My pump stopped working after 6 months, so I requested a replacement under warranty. I am happy to report that my free replacement pump was received today and my fountain is back up and running. It was fast shipping and good communications with the company. Not impressed
Works only with direct sunlight, even with the additional purchases of the battery backup. My 8 watt works better than this thing. Not impressed.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It functions well. I would have rated it a 5 if they had included a long riser tube and put a ball joint on the solar panel so it could be stationary but moved with the sunshine. I particularly like the ability to control the pump motor speed. Otherwise it seems well constructed and was consistent with the description and promotional materials. It is working well

I think that it would be nice if they would offer more attachments because you only get choose of one style three different kinds instead of something different ex.( you provide a spraying Fontaine three different figures but I was looking for a stream that sprays on a rock

Awesome solar pump and customer support!
Best solar pond filter I have ever used and have tried several different ones. Due to draught conditions, I had to move it out of my pond and put it in my large dog's kiddie pool. The dog never touched the pump and filter while she totally lapped at the water spray. The great thing was that because of the constant water movement, mosquitoes never laid any eggs in the water, so there were no larvae for the dogs to swallow! This company was exceptional and outstanding with their customer service and I will recommend them to everyone! The solar panel cord was long enough that it didn't have to be close to the pump which allowed it to be placed in an area of full sun.
